This accessibility statement applies to the virs.si website. To improve the accessibility of our website for all users, we use the UserWay plugin, which allows users to change text size, adjust colors and contrast, use keyboard shortcuts, and access content using screen readers.

To meet accessibility requirements, certain adjustments have been systematically implemented, such as:

• responsive design (adjusting content layout to screen resolution),
• content display for users of assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, Braille displays),
• keyboard navigation (adapted for users who cannot use a mouse),
• adequate color contrast (between text and background),
• predictable website behavior,
• the ability to provide alternative text for images,
• the use of different heading levels is supported.

Level of Compliance

Due to the exceptions listed below, the virs.si website is partially compliant with the Law on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications.

Inaccessible content

We continuously monitor the accessibility of the virs.si website and are constantly improving individual accessibility elements; however, some published content still does not meet all accessibility requirements as defined by the Law on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications.

Examples of such content include:

• scanned documents in PDF format,
• Various complex tables containing data.
