Burner cleaner
The burner cleaner is precise, efficient and with its design solution ensures efficient cleaning of spatter from the burner nozzle, protection of the burner with anti-spatter agent and precise cutting of the welding wire. It has an integrated TCP check/setting needle (tool point). It is mounted on the support column of the robotic manipulator.
External gas nozzle cleaning unit
The external nozzle surface cleaning unit is a compact unit that complements a classic burner cleaner. It can be installed independently or integrated into the burner cleaning system. External cleaning of the gas nozzle is necessary when using the Touch Sensor. The unit is compatible with all existing gas nozzle cleaning systems. It is simple to implement with minimal maintenance.
