All those in charge of the robot cell must successfully complete the appropriate training organized by the integrator in their or your production. Training should include an explanation of the basic programs that allow the cell to function. Your employees will not be experts after school, but they will be familiar with the basics that will make it easier to start working on the cell.
Make sure that the training is attended by at least two people who will manage the cell and two experienced workers who you are sure will stay in the company for a longer period of time. The latter can train future operators if the former are not suitable to work on the robot or decide to leave the company.
Operators should also be present at the test start-up so that they are familiar with the cell and feel that they play an important role in starting a new cell.
